Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
